today are keeping a firm control on the quantity of ingredients they add

The
manufacturing process is not as simple as it may sound to us. It
requires a huge team of experts who can ensure that what is coming out
of the mixer is what they need. The first hectic task that starts is the
storage of all the ingredients. While it is easy to stack solid
materials on top of each other to save space, liquids need special
containers for each of them. In case there are some sensitive liquids to
be used in the manufacturing process, storing them requires special
care.
The sensitive liquids are stored in special containers
which are mostly single skinned to avoid any kind of leakage. The single
skinned containers are mostly made of steel or some alloy which have
the strength to hold the liquids. Some types of liquids, especially
acids are strong enough to start corrosion the moment they come in
contact with the container. This process can damage the container’s
walls and will start leaking very soon. In case there is any kind of
such problem it can be identified by noting the liquid level with the
help of a liquid level indicator. Any unusual dips recorded in the level
can alert the staff about a possible leak.
If a leak is detected
in the container it is emptied instantly and the contents are shifted
in an emergency tank, then the actual tank is sent for repair. The
shifting is not an easy task because it requires experts to handle such
highly unstable chemicals. If they touch the human skin the damages are
irreversible and incurable. There have been many deaths in the factories
of workers who mistakenly allowed the chemical to touch their body. The
damages were so severe that those workers could not recover from them
and lost their lives in the hospitals. In an attempt to avoid any such
injury to the staff, the
ultrasonic liquid level indicator is strictly used in the factories when measuring the unstable and highly toxic liquids.
