As the world moves to a better tomorrow each day, it can never have been possible without the advanced factories today. A factory is a place where all the stuff gets made. The stuff is used in the different walks of life and depending on its use; the world sees progress or a decline. Man has managed to create even the most complex devices such as the ultrasonic level indicator which is perfect for use in factories. The ultrasonic device is being used all over the globe in many factories and is working perfectly there without any problems. Amendments or upgrades are a part of the job.

The factories of today have grown huge than ever. The production capacities have multiplied more than a hundred times if we compare a factory of today with the same a decade ago. As the production capacity has increased, so has the need for raw materials in the storage areas. In the past liquids of different types were rarely used during the manufacturing processes. It was due to the fact that the products were not made with the formulas they are being made today. Today a factory needs to have a special storage area for liquids apart from just the storage area for dry items.

In many cases, or many products, liquids and certain gases are also being used. The best example is the factory where fire extinguishers are made and filled. There are certain fire extinguishers which exhale powered carbon dioxide and there are also which are made to emit water with pressure. In both the cases the purpose is the same i.e. to extinguish the flames or to kill out fire. And both are fire extinguishers which have the same shell or appearance. But the materials inside them are different i.e. one contains powder and emerges as a gas when pressed while the other emits liquid.

The fire extinguisher has a certain age during which it can work the best. In case it is not used within the certain age or time, the material inside it loses its power and would not work effectively. Hence it is necessary to have the fire extinguisher refilled after it has expired. In case the user forgets about the last time he had it refilled, there is a liquid level indicator attached on it which can tell the person if it worthy of use or not.
