Measuring the liquids in a factory is neither safe nor accurate unless the person is using the
ultrasonic level indicator.
There are many liquids used in a factory which pose a huge threat to
the people when they come in contact with the liquids. The acids which
are present in a high quantity in the factories are nothing less than
mini bombs placed inside a building and any kind of misuse can easily
set the entire building on fire. Some unfortunate incidents of the past
clearly give us a message that in case a factory holds some sensitive
chemicals, it is important to handle them carefully and to keep a
distance at all times or whenever possible.
The products we use
today are highly advanced, sleek and alluring. In the past a TV was
easily as large as a water tank. It took so much space in the room that
the entire room looked like a small place. Today we have LCD and LED
which can be easily mounted on the wall just like a portrait. Similarly
many other products have changed in shape size and even performance. We
no longer have a TV which could provide access to just a handful of
channels instead, we have access to hundreds and even thousands of
channels if we have the need for it. There is no limit to how far one
can go with technology these days.
Let’s take the example of an
airplane of today. Not only does it have a better navigation system now
but the engines are far advanced. They use less fuel and travel more
miles and the interior of an aircraft looks just like a well maintained
drawing room of a house. The travel experience is fabulous and the
safety features are far advanced than ever before. All of this has been
achieved by the advancement of the factories and the use of many raw
materials which had never been used before or were never tried before.
Today’s
factories are a huge combination of machinery, human workers and many
different kinds of liquids and solid raw materials and in some cases,
even gases. All of these liquids and gases are contained in specially
built tanks and containers fitted with a
liquid level indicator
for the purpose of measuring and monitoring the available amount of
liquids and gases inside these tanks and containers. Due to the
combination of these different kinds of raw materials we now have access
to a whole new variety of products. Nothing is impossible nowadays; it
only takes some time to build a better version of the product and soon
we will have many products which are a concept now.
