Water is one of the greatest gifts to mankind by Mother Nature and it is the greatest need for living things on this planet to stay alive. Today water is not only used for drinking and cleansing purposes but it is even used to manufacture the goods that we need to use on a daily basis. Water is considered as the universal solvent and it is used in many manufacturing processes all over the world. Water is known to cover 75% of the entire globe and unfortunately clean water is becoming scarce every passing day. Since not all water present on the planet is drinkable, mineral water industry has found a place in the business world today and it is growing immensely all over the planet.
The mineral water bottling industry has become a need for the modern times and due to the high demand of clean and pure drinking water to be available in disposable bottles, we now have many small and huge water bottling plants over the world. These bottling plants pump in hundreds of gallons of water in the massive storage tanks installed in their facility and each tank is fitted with a
liquid level indicator to know how much water has been pumped in. Measuring the amount of water that has been pumped in, the next step begins with the lab testing of the water to know how much cleansing and filtration the entire water in the tank would require.
The lab tests determine the amount of impurities present in the water hence the staff learns about the process it needs to adopt to make the water clean and drinkable. In case the water contains some toxic material present in it, the staff would need to add some sort of anti reactant to dissolve the toxic material and make it neutral worthy to become drinkable. After the counter reactant has been diagnosed and added to the entire tank of toxic water, the lab test is run again to be exactly sure that the water is no more infected from the toxic s it came in.
Now comes the process of passing the dirty water through a series of filters which remove every kind of dirt from it making it clean and purer after it passes through every next filter. At the end we have water that is clean and transparent just like the water we need to drink. There is no odor in it which can be bad enough to turn away customers but there is one problem now which is the amount of water at the end. Since every component has been removed from the water that came in, the level is surely not as much as it was before and now comes in the
ultrasonic level indicator which measures the available water to the exact level.
After knowing how much water is now available, the water is passed to the bottling unit where it is filled in the bottles of all sizes and labels are attached to the bottles. Finally the cap is placed on the bottle and sealed automatically by the machine which is designed for the purpose. Now the bottles are ready to be handed over to the packaging and sales department which supplies the packaged water to every shop and counter that has per-ordered them. Now the once dirty and toxic water is clean and pure, fit for a living soul and available in the market to be purchased and quench the thirst with it.
